OFFLINE MUSIC / LEGAL
Terms of Use
A few things to know about using Offline Music.
Effective September 14, 2026
1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of Offline Music and this website, provided by the Offline Music Player dev team. Contact us at nhungviet86.dev@gmail.com. By using the app or site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using them. For an App Store download, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also governs the app license. These terms supplement that license and do not override it.
2. Your music and permitted use
Offline Music is a player for audio you import. It does not supply a music catalog or grant rights to music. Only import, copy, and play content you own or have permission to use, in accordance with applicable law and the rights holder’s terms. You retain your rights in your content. We do not claim ownership of your imported files. Do not use the app to infringe copyright, bypass access restrictions, distribute unlawful content, or interfere with another person’s accounts or devices. Protected streaming-service downloads and DRM-protected files are not supported.
3. Your library and third-party services
You are responsible for keeping backups of your original files. Local files may become unavailable if you delete them, remove the app, lose your device, or experience a storage failure. Files and cloud import depend on supported formats, available storage, connectivity, permissions, and third-party services. Cloud providers and Apple have their own terms. Their availability and features can change. Use only accounts you are authorized to access.
4. Premium purchases
Where offered, Premium provides additional features through monthly or annual subscriptions, or a one-time lifetime purchase. The purchase screen shows the available features, local price, billing period, and any eligible introductory offer before you confirm. Payment is processed through your Apple Account. Lifetime Premium is a non-subscription purchase for Premium access in this app; it does not promise indefinite app availability, compatibility with every future device, or access to separate future products.
5. Renewal, trials, and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Any free trial converts to the paid subscription shown at purchase unless canceled in time; eligibility is determined by Apple. To avoid a trial charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. See Apple’s cancellation instructions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Access generally continues through the paid period, subject to Apple’s terms. Use Restore Purchases in the app to recover eligible access with the same Apple Account. Refund requests are handled through Apple, subject to its policies and applicable consumer law.
6. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the app useful and reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, error-free playback, or compatibility with all files and services. Features may change with updates. To the extent permitted by law, the app and website are provided as available, without additional guarantees beyond those required by law or the applicable app license. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, limits mandatory consumer protections, or removes rights to remedies under applicable law.
7. Privacy, updates, and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may revise these terms as the app or legal requirements change, updating the effective date and providing notice where required. Changes do not remove rights already granted by applicable law. For support or questions, contact nhungviet86.dev@gmail.com.
