OFFLINE MUSIC / LEGAL
Privacy Policy
Your collection is personal. Here’s how we handle the information behind it.
Effective September 14, 2026
1. About this policy
Offline Music is provided by the Offline Music Player dev team (“we”, “us”). This policy describes how the app and this website handle information. For questions or privacy requests, email nhungviet86.dev@gmail.com.
2. Your music stays in your library
The app stores imported audio, artwork, song metadata, playlists, playback progress, download records, and preferences on your device. It copies files you choose into its local library and plays those local copies. We do not operate an app backend that receives your music library, and the app does not require an account with us. Device backups may include app data according to your Apple device and backup settings.
3. Files and Wi-Fi transfers
Files imports access the items you select. Wi-Fi Transfer runs a temporary server on your iPhone so another device on the same network can send audio to it. The app asks for Local Network access for this feature. Transfers use your local network and do not pass through our servers. Use a trusted network and share the temporary transfer link only with people you trust. Closing the transfer screen or backgrounding the app stops the receiver.
4. Optional cloud connections
If you connect Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, or Yandex Disk, the provider handles sign-in and permission requests. The app uses authorization credentials to browse your files and download audio you select. It stores account identifiers and display information locally; provider sign-in SDKs or the iOS Keychain manage authentication credentials. Download records may include filenames, provider identifiers, progress, and error information. Requests go directly to the selected provider, which receives network information such as your IP address and processes data under its own policies. Cloud originals are not modified.
You can disconnect a provider in the app’s cloud account settings. This signs out locally and cancels its pending downloads; it does not delete songs already imported. You can also revoke the app’s access in the provider’s account settings. Provider policies: Google, Microsoft, Dropbox, and Yandex.
5. Purchases
Apple processes in-app payments. The app uses StoreKit purchase and entitlement information to determine Premium access and restore purchases. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple handles purchase information according to its privacy policy.
6. Support messages
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond and resolve your request. Our email service provider processes these messages. Please do not send passwords, cloud access tokens, or music files unless needed for your request. We retain correspondence only as needed for support, related recordkeeping, and legal obligations; contact us to request deletion.
7. Website hosting and tracking
Cloudflare Pages hosts this website. Cloudflare may process technical request information, including IP addresses, requested URLs, and browser or device information, to deliver and secure the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. This site has no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, contact forms, or cookies set by our site code. The current app includes no advertising or third-party analytics SDK.
8. Your choices and data removal
You can delete imported songs and playlists in the app, disconnect cloud accounts, and manage permissions in iOS Settings. Deleting a playlist keeps its songs. Deleting the app removes its app-container data from the device; offloading the app does not. Device backups and provider-held information must be managed through their respective settings, and credentials kept by the operating system or sign-in SDK may require separate sign-out or revocation. We cannot access or remotely delete your on-device library. You may contact us about access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent to us, and any other privacy rights available under applicable law.
9. Security and changes
The app uses iOS storage protections and provider authorization mechanisms. No storage or network system can guarantee complete security. We will update this policy when relevant practices change and revise the effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
